Effectively none. I bought these vitamins, studied the composition - they contain vitamins, minerals, spirulina, and probiotics, all raw and natural, not synthetic. However, I felt no benefit! After one jar over three months, I tried them again, believing in their good composition. However, there was no impact on the prostate cancer symptoms I experienced: cramps persisted and dental issues remained. Previously, I took Solgar vitamins during my first pregnancy; they worked well for me. Now I've returned to them as I’m breastfeeding and need adequate calcium, not found in these vitamins.
